Rishi normally conducts the basic divorce to the most complex Family and Matrimonial dispute matter including financial settlement and children maintenance and contact. Rishi deals with divorce and complicated ancillary matters and divorce settlements. He also undertakes work relating to children for maintenance, child arrangement, prohibited steps order. Rishi also deals with matters involving domestic violence and disputes in Matrimonial Homes and non-molestation orders etc. Rishi has successfully settled financial disputes through consent, saving the parties significant legal cost and a lengthy process.

Property Law

Rishi has steadily built up his own case load in commercial and residential property. He has successfully completed various complex commercial and residential leases. Rishi deals with a range of landlord and tenant issues, including lease renewals and breaches of obligation such as dilapidations. Rishi was commended for successfully acquiring a right of way by prescription for a commercial business in a complicated matter.

Immigration Law

Rishi also has significant experience in Immigration Law which puts him at a very significant position in the legal practice market. He has an extensive knowledge of private and family immigration matters. This extends from Naturalisation applications to spouse entry clearance application and all other family visas. Rishi is experienced in dealing with the 20-year rule long residence and other private and family life application.
