Benjamin is a Director of Lambeth Solicitors and he has many years of experience of managing Law Firms. He the firm along side with Bushan and ensures the efficient and smooth running of Lambeth Solicitors. Benjamin specialises in Immigration and Asylum Law, Human Rights, Family and Children matters, Child Abduction under the Hague Convention, Civil Litigation, Criminal Litigation and Employment Law. Civil Litigation

Benjamin handles a broad range of litigation matters from the local County Court to High Court matters. He also deals with domestic commercial disputes encompassing shareholder disputes, contractual and regulatory matters, enforcement proceedings, defamation claims and professional liability claims. He has a breadth of insolvency experience and has acted for administrators and liquidators.

Criminal Law

He also has a depth of knowledge and experience in Criminal Law dealing with the usual Road Traffic Offenses in the Magistrate Court to serious matters at the Crown Court including Fraud, Serious Offences against the person, Actual Bodily Harm, Grievous Bodily Harm Money Laundering, Trading standards and Counterfeit goods, Drugs related offences just to name a few.

Benjamin also deals with Employment-related matters at all level and he has successfully represented employees at the Employment Tribunal against some High profile and leading companies in the UK. Benjamin advises regularly on a Compromise agreement, redundancy, Breach of Contract, Dismissals and Disciplinary Related Issues, and Transfer of Undertakings Regulations etc.

Family Law

Benjamin has significant experience in dealing with complex family matters from the basic divorce application to the most complex ancillary matter or matrimonial settlement matter including instances where marriages are conducted abroad as well as customary marriages.

Immigration Law

Benjamin deals with Immigration and Human Rights matters at all levels from the First Tier Immigration and Asylum Tribunal to the High Court, Administrative Court and the Court Of Appeal.

Benjamin makes representation to the High Court Judge and Court of Appeal Judge for an urgent injunction where deportation or Removal is imminent and he has been successful in many instances.
